Something special: Official virtual launch of NAWA: Network of Actuarial Women and Allies 7th October from 3:00-5:00pm EDT/AST. 2:00-4:00pm EST.

Recently the IAA participated in a virtual actuarial skills training for insurance supervisors with the Access to Insurance Initiative (A2ii) and the IAIS for the Sub-Saharan Africa region. Among the trainers representing the IAA were Simone Brathwaite and Britta Hay. A2ii: September Newsletter

Climate Corner:


SOA elections are open. Long-time friend John Robinson is on the ballot for President Elect. CAA member Nikhil Asnani, is a candidate for the SOA’s International Section. You will remember Nikhil as the Chair of our 2018 Conference in Jamaica.

We encourage all our members with SOA voting privileges to participate in these elections which close THIS FRIDAY, 24th September.
