Dear Colleagues,
I hope that everyone had a good weekend.
Here is the current COVID-19 data for the Caribbean:
COVID-19 data as at April 26th

Here are a few links that highlight new developments worldwide:
- BBC: Coronavirus: New Zealand claims no community cases as lockdown eases– Using testing and tracing to guide their decisions.
- MSN: Why the World’s Highest Virus Death Rate Is in Europe’s Capital-Highlights the large variations in how data is recorded. There seems to be no standard method adopted worldwide.
- Al Jazeera: “Counting the Cost”-Senegal’s response to Covid-19
I am sure you do your own scanning. I share a few each day. CARICOM, IADB, OECD have information that relates to the Caribbean. As a base, the WHO gives updates worldwide.

Thank you.
